Philip T. Susmann

Phil Susmann is the President of Norwich University Applied Research Institutes (NUARI). NUARI is a research and development activity, focused primarily on cybersecurity education and training, and cyber war-gaming methodology and technology development. NUARI is the developer of DECIDE-FS, the tool used for the financial services sector cyber exercise series, Quantum Dawn. NUARI is associated with Norwich University and it’s world class cybersecurity education programs at the graduate and undergraduate level, delivered both online and on campus.
