Penny Leavy

As Chief Operating Officer, Penny Leavy is responsible for Outlier's day to day operations and strategy. Previously, she was the Vice President and General Manager at ManTech Cyber Solutions. Before that, Leavy served as President at HBGary Inc. She also co-founded Cenzic (formerly known as ClickToSecure, Inc.) with Greg Hoglund. She formulated Cenzic's basic business structure, assembled a solid executive team and helped secure financing from top-tier venture capital firms during a tight economy. She helped FTP Software build a distribution network of over 500 OEM and channel partners, and open several international sales offices, growing sales from $3 million to $140 million. She has a Bacherlors of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
