Paul Plofchan

Paul Plofchan serves as Vice President of Government Affairs and Chief Privacy Officer for ADT, LLC. He is responsible for public policy activities and privacy program management in the U.S. and Canada. Plofchan also serves as Chairman of the Electronic Security Association (ESA) government affairs board and is an active member of the Security Industry Association and the FBI’s InfraGard South Florida chapter. Plofchan has significant experience working with federal and state legislatures and national political and policy organizations. Prior to joining ADT, Plofchan spent 20 years with Pfizer, Inc. Plofchan is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the University of Nebraska.
