Patrick Lane

Patrick Lane, M.Ed, CISSP, Network+, helps direct cybersecurity workforce certifications for CompTIA, including Security+, PenTest+, CySA+, CASP+ and Project+. He assisted the U.S. White House's National Cybersecurity Alliance (NCSA) to create the “Lock Down Your Login” campaign to promote two-factor (2FA) and multi-factor (MFA) authentication nationwide. With over 20 years of IT industry experience, he has implemented a wide variety of IT projects and helped create job role certifications in networking, security, pen testing, analytics and architecture. He serves on State of Ohio and California State workforce development advisory councils, promoting career pathways for IT and cybersecurity. Patrick is an Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) lifetime member, born and raised on U.S. military bases.
