Parham Eftekhari is a Co-Founder and Senior Fellow at the Institute for Critical Infrastructure Technology, a nonpartisan Think Tank that provides objective advisory to the House and Senate, federal agencies and critical infrastructure stakeholders. Eftekhari has briefed both the House and Senate and presented at dozens of institutions, including the World Bank Federal Government conferences. He also serves on the DHS Healthcare and Public Health Sector Coordinating Council as the ICIT representative. Eftekhari holds a B.B.A. From the Grainger School of Business at the University of Wisconsin – Madison and studied French and international business at the Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP-EAP) in France.
