Olivia Gazis

Olivia Gazis covers intelligence and national security for CBS News, where she also produces Intelligence Matters, a podcast hosted by former CIA deputy director Michael Morell. She was previously an Investigative Fellow with Hearst Newspapers, where her reporting team earned a Sigma Delta Chi Award for excellence in journalism. She received a bachelor’s degree in public policy and international affairs from Princeton University and a master’s degree from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism. She is a Fulbright Scholar, speaks Polish, French and Italian, and studies Russian and Greek.
