Nicole Monteforte

Nicole Monteforte, a Principal with Booz Allen Hamilton, leads the firm’s War Game and Exercise capability with a team of 70 analysts and a diverse portfolio of engagements for Federal government, commercial, and international clients; those engagements range from highly classified exercises for our intelligence agencies, to cybersecurity simulations for Fortune 100 companies. Nicole has led the design and execution of more than 300 war games and exercises. In this capacity, she interacts directly with C-suite executives and senior government officials to leverage this unique analytic tool to help them successfully confront complex challenges. A master facilitator, Nicole is typically called upon to conduct war games and exercises for the firm’s most sensitive clients. Nicole recently published a chapter in the NYSE: Corporate Governance Guide entitled, “Fostering a Long-Term Perspective: Using Strategic Simulations to Prepare for Uncertain Futures.” Nicole earned a BA and MA in International Affairs from the American University.
