Nicole Darden Ford is SVP and CISO for Nordstrom, Inc, responsible for protection of enterprise technology assets and compliance and privacy. Prior to her role at Nordstrom, Inc, she was VP of Global Security and CISO at Rockwell Automation. Before that, she was CISO at Carrier Global Corporation. Nicole has 20+ years of strategic technology leadership in the corporate sector and federal government, including the Joint Chiefs of Staff. In addition to building cybersecurity programs for organizations across industries including manufacturing, healthcare and legal, Nicole has helped position two enterprises for IPOs. In 2023, Nicole was recognized by CISOs Connect with the Trailblazer Award for contributions to the cybersecurity field and in October was inducted into the CSO50 Hall of Fame.
