Nelson Novaes Neto

Currently holding the position of Chief Technology Officer, Nelson Novaes is one of the leading partners in the creation of C6 Bank, a rapidly expanding digital bank in Brazil. Novaes is an MIT Affiliated Researcher, engineer, postgraduate in Infosec by University of São Paulo, MBA by FGV and master’s degree in Exp. Psychology by PUC/SP. Novaes has broad experience in Internet industry, product development, Internet security, and research. He also has several international certifications. He was a Superintendent at Holding Itaú Unibanco S.A. and CSO of UOL Group. He is a member of the PCI-DSS and (ISC)2 Board of Directors for Latin America. He is also a passionate climber who has reached the biggest summit in Americas, Europe, Africa, and Alps.
