Dr. Neil Jenkins
Director of the Enterprise Performance Management Office (EPMO), Department of Homeland Security
Neil Jenkins is the Director of the Enterprise Performance and Management Office (EPMO) in the National Protection and Programs Directorate’s (NPPD) Office of Cybersecurity and Communications (CS&C). In this role, Jenkins leads CS&C efforts in strategy and policy, legislative affairs, performance management and international engagement. Previously, Jenkins was the Chief of Planning and Policy in the National Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Center (NCCIC). In this position, he ensured that NCCIC operations were aligned with National and Departmental strategy and policy, worked with the interagency on operational planning, and led outreach to NCCIC stakeholders.
