Natalie Black is Director of the Office of Cyber Security and Information Assurance (OCSIA), which supports UK Ministers in setting national strategy on cyber issues and coordinates the delivery of the National Cyber Security Programme (£850m over five years). She was previously the Deputy Director responsible for cyber defense and incident management. She led the set up of the UK’s first national Computer Emergency Response Team, CERT-UK, which also hosts the Cyber Information Sharing Partnership with over 1000 member organizations. Prior to OCSIA, she was Chief of Staff to the Director of Security for the London Olympic and Paralympic Games and a management consultant specializing in technology and public sector reform. She is a graduate of the London School of Economics and Harvard University, where she was a Fulbright scholar.
