Naila Mukhtar is a PhD Scholar at Macquarie University Australia. She has over five years industry experience as a Research and Design Engineer in various organizations with a primary focus on integrated security solutions. Her research interests include cryptography, information security, IoT, data analysis, artificial intelligence, and embedded system security. She is passionate about applied cryptographic solutions based on artificial intelligence to improve the security of the products. She is actively involved in volunteer work. Currently, she is serving as Chair IEEE New South Wales (NSW) Women in Engineering (WIE) Affinity Group (AG), Vice-Chair IEEE Computer Society NSW chapter, and member IEEE Region 10 Newsletter committee.
