Nadav Zafrir, Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Team8, leads the global growth efforts and is the architect of its relationships across the business, academic, and technology worlds. Nadav heads Team8’s Enterprise (cybersecurity, data & AI) arm, whose foundry has created companies including Sygnia (acquired for $250 million by Temasek), Portshift (acquired by Cisco), Curv (acquired by PayPal), Claroty, and more, and whose investment arm invested in promising companies including Dig and Talon (both acquired by Palo Alto Networks). Prior to founding Team8, Nadav spent 20 years in the IDF. He culminated his tenure as the Commander of Israel’s elite Military Intelligence Unit 8200 (the Israeli equivalent to the NSA, and renowned tech incubator), where he established IDF’s Cyber Command.
