Monique serves as Group Chief Data and Analytics Officer at HSBC. Her mission is to transform HSBC into a truly data-driven organisation. Working across the bank’s businesses, functions and geographies, Monique and her team help employees to protect and unlock the power of data so the bank can better serve its customers. Monique is an experienced board advisor, currently serving as a Non-Executive Director for Network International, a leading payments solutions provider. She also chairs the board of Sepio Systems, a cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions provider. Monique is passionate about building diverse teams and creating an inclusive place to work and is a strong advocate for women trying to balance career and family responsibilities in particular.
