Mike Flynn

Senior Advisor to the Chairman, Cybersecurity, Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee

Mike Flynn is Senior Counsel to the Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee. His portfolio includes issues of federal information technology management and cybersecurity, from both the domestic and national security perspective. Prior to joining the HSGAC, Flynn served as a Counsel on the House Committee on Homeland Security and House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, he participated in numerous Congressional investigations, most notably into the data breaches at the Office of Personnel Management. He is a graduate of Villanova University (2007) and The Catholic University, Columbus School of Law (2014) and currently serves as the Republican co-chair of the Congressional Tech Staffers Association.
