Michael Barcomb

Mike Barcomb is responsible for leading the development and delivery of simulated tabletop exercises for experts who serve at the executive or board levels. These exercises simulate enterprise-wide cyber-attacks and assess preparedness to effectively respond and recover from such events. Mike has over 30 years' experience in information security beginning in 1987 while serving in the United States Army. Mike retired from IBM after 31 years working in various software development, operational, and executive consulting roles, most recently as the Executive Director of the IBM X-Force Cyber Range and Cyber Crisis Management service. He has experience in crisis response, incident response, risk management, and building and managing geographically diverse technical and business teams.
