Michael Baker

Michael Gene Baker is the Chief Information Security Officer for Convergys Corporation. Baker has over 35 years of experience in the information technology industry, with the last 25 years focused in information security. He has led multiple information security initiatives for IBM, Computer Associates, Ernst & Young, KPMG, Deloitte Consulting, Computer Sciences Corporation and Citi where he provided security consulting services worldwide. He is a retired Military Intelligence Officer from U.S. Army, National Guard and Army Reserves. He has a Bachelor’s Degree from Regents College, University of New York and recently graduated with a Master’s Degree in Cyber Security Policy from University of Maryland University College, Maryland. He holds CISSP and CBM certifications.
