Michael Burns

Michael Burns is a Principal Consultant with Mandiant’s Strategic Transformation Services (STS) team. Burns helps clients implement recommendations for enhancing detections, hardening environments, and bolstering security governance during Incident Response and proactive engagements. He helps clients by performing assessments for network architecture, Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, PKI), and cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure, Amazon Web Services). Burns has served as a leader to develop, implement, and manage organizational vision and strategy to reduce risks, improve incident response capabilities, and enhance enterprise networks defensive resiliency.
