Michael Brown, Rear Admiral, United States Navy (Retired) is the chair of the International Cybersecurity Forum (ICSF) at RSAC, a closed-door forum that brings together the most senior international cybersecurity decision makers, operators, and influencers from across the world to discuss issues and find common ground to shape the future of the cyber-commons, outside of official diplomatic tracks. He also chairs the Policy & Government track for RSAC. Brown is Founder and President, Spinnaker Security LLC, a cybersecurity consulting business focused on understanding, identifying and mitigating business risks associated with cybersecurity.
