Merlin Namuth is Director of Advisory Services and vCISO at Lodestone. He has over 28 years of IT experience with the last 25 years focused in security. His comprehensive experience spans several industries and includes leading 5 different security programs, creating strategy, and building security programs from the ground up, advancing existing security programs, mergers and acquisitions, managing incident response teams, computer forensics, compliance, architecture, and engineering complex security solutions both on-prem and in the cloud. Merlin has served as an advisor to security startup companies. He has presented at numerous conferences, including RSAC both domestically and internationally, been interviewed on renowned security podcasts, and frequently writes blogs and articles.
