Melissa Bishop

Melissa Bishop has 20+ years of technology and security risk management experience, including several cyber security leadership positions. Melissa is currently the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of Corporate Services at Amazon, overseeing security for Amazon’s corporate business functions such as finance, HR and legal. Prior to Amazon, Melissa was managing vice president, divisional CISO at Capital One, where her team performed technical security reviews and helped assess, manage and report on cyber risk for Capital One’s US and Canadian Card division. Before that, Melissa led Security Assurance at Uber and was the Deputy CISO. She held a similar information security leadership role prior to that at Autodesk. Melissa began her career in audit and consulting at Deloitte.
