Melanie Boteler

Melanie Boteler has been with the FAA since 1997 providing security leadership and strong security acumen to the agency. She has served for many years as an Information Systems Security manager for AVS before moving on to become the agency’s CISO. She leads the organization’s privacy, compliance, security governance and security technologies divisions as well as the FAA/DOT Security Operations Center. Boteler is a graduate of Bucknel University.
