Matthew Greenberg is an Assistant General Counsel leading the Cybersecurity Legal team at Wells Fargo. He supports the Chief Information Security Officer and serves as the lead attorney for cyber and technology incidents. Matt has over 24 years of experience in private practice and as in-house counsel advising on cybersecurity, incident response, litigation, and national security law. Matt served as the Senior Vice President and lead cybersecurity counsel at Citizens Financial Group providing expert advice during numerous cybersecurity incidents. Matt has more than a decade of experience working in federal law enforcement, focusing on national security and cyber investigations, as an Assistant General Counsel in the FBI’s National Security Law Branch and as an FBI Special Agent.
