Matthew Swenson

Matthew Swenson currently serves as the Division Chief of the Cyber Division at the Homeland Security Investigations Cyber Crime Center, where he oversees all cybercrime investigations for HSI. At C3, he oversees three units: Cyber Crimes, Child Exploitation Investigations, and Computer Forensics, Mr. Swenson also oversees the agency's cyber threat intelligence program. Previously, Swenson served as a Section Chief running the Network Intrusion Section at C3. Prior to his time at C3, Swenson conducted computer forensics and mobile device forensics supporting Homeland Security Investigations at the Los Angeles field office. He has served as a Section Chief for the DHS’ Cyber Crimes Center’s Digital Forensic Unit and as the Resident Agent in Charge at the NASA OIG Cyber Crimes Division.
