Matt Radolec is the Senior Director of Incident Response and Cloud Operations at Varonis, leading a global team of Security and Cloud Experts. His teams were built to help organizations adopt a data-centric approach to cyber, securing information assets from the inside out. Since its inception in 2017 the Varonis Incident Response Team, led and created by Radolec, has thwarted thousands of Insider Threats and Cyber Attacks, including notable breaches by Blackcat, Darkside, REvil, Trickbot and more. Radolec has over a decade of hands-on cyber security experience, holding prior roles of Cyber Threat Program Manager at WilmerHale and Cyber Security Technical Lead at SRA International.
