Matan Lamdan

Matan is a Partner at Striker, where he backs inception-stage founders in cybersecurity, AI, and across Israel’s innovation ecosystem. He works closely with technical founding teams from day one, helping shape product direction, early hiring, and go-to-market strategy. Prior to Striker, Matan was an investor at CRV, focusing on deeply technical, pre-product companies including Trail Security (acquired by Cyera), Vega Security, and SevenAI. Earlier in his career, Matan spent a decade in Israel’s intelligence directorate in senior technical and intelligence leadership roles and was awarded Israel’s highest national honor for defense innovation. He later completed his MBA at Stanford GSB.
