Mary Galligan
Managing Director, Deloitte and former Special Agent in Charge of Cyber and Special Operations, FBI
Mary Galligan is a Managing Director in Deloitte’s cyber practice. Galligan helps clients develop and execute security programs to prevent and minimize the business impact of cyberthreats, including board education, cyberwar gaming, and other strategy efforts. Galligan joined Deloitte after retiring in 2013 from a distinguished career with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Galligan oversaw all FBI investigations into national security and criminal cyber intrusions in New York City. She gained significant crisis management experience as the supervisor over the FBIs investigation into the terrorist attacks on 9/11, as one of the On-Scene Commanders in Yemen after the bombing of the USS Cole, and as the Special Agent in Charge of SWAT and Special Events in New York City.
