Mary Galligan is a Director in Deloitte & Touche’s Cyber Risk Services practice. After a 25-year career with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, where she was Special Agent in Charge of Cyber and Special Operations for the New York office, Galligan now advises executives on cyber-incident response planning. Through board education, cyberwar-gaming, and other strategic efforts, she helps clients minimize the business impact of cyberthreats through better preparedness and collaboration, both internally and externally. Mary holds a bachelor’s degree from Fordham University, a master’s degree in psychology from the New School for Social Research and an honorary doctorate of law from Marian University. She is an FBI-certified Crisis Negotiator and Crisis Manager.
