As of March 2023, Marloes Venema is a postdoctoral researcher in the group of Professor Dr. Tibor Jager at the University of Wuppertal in Germany. Previously, she was a PhD student at the Radboud University in the Netherlands, where she focused on the design and analysis of practical attribute-based encryption schemes. In general, her research interests include the theoretical design and analysis of cryptographic primitives to solve real-world problems, such as access control in distributed settings and secure storage of data.
