Mark Silvestri

Mark Silvestri is an executive at Hartford Financial Products, a specialty lines division of property and casualty insurer the Hartford. He leads innovation and management for Cyber, MPL, Technology, Media and Life Science liability products. Silvestri was previously VP and AVP of Product Development at CNA. He managed product innovation and new ventures company-wide including CNA’s first in-house cyber-insurance line. He has held numerous technical and executive positions in defense and intelligence sector contracting, financial services, technology, and risk and strategy consulting. Silvestri also serves on an advisory board to the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Science and Technology where he advises on predictive data analytics and cyber-risk economics.
