Mark Krause

Mark Krause is a Senior Compliance and Litigation Counsel at Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. Mark handles a broad range of compliance matters, including issues related to security and data theft. He also is responsible for managing litigation, including copyright and trademark litigation. Before, Mark was an Assistant US Attorney and served as Deputy Chief of the Cyber and Intellectual Property Crimes Section of the US Attorney's Office in Los Angeles. Mark's responsibilities included prosecuting various cyber and intellectual property crimes, including hacking, phishing, and sextortion. He currently teaches Cybercrime at the USC School of Law. Mark is a graduate of the UCLA School of Law and Amherst College.
