Supervisory Special Agent, US Secret Service
A Supervisory Special Agent in the Secret Service, Mark Grantz has been with the agency for over 20 years. Beginning as a Computer Forensic Examiner, he has gone on to conduct complex international investigations, managed intrusion detection and video surveillance systems at Secret Service protected properties and supervised the Washington DC Electronic Crimes Task Force. Currently Grantz is responsible for the network reliability and resiliency of the various security systems at the White House. Recognized by the Department of Justice as an expert in the field of Eastern European Cyber-Crimes, Grantz has spoken internationally on various topics related to cybersecurity and was a co-author of the paper “Toward an Adaptive Structuration Model of International Cyber-Crime”.
