Mark Voorheis

Mark Voorheis is the Sr. Product Manager for Verizon's Voice Security portfolio where he leads the development of solutions that secure voice communication systems. With over 25 years of experience in telecom and IT management, Mark brings extensive experience to his role. Leveraging his expertise Mark drives the voice security product roadmap, incorporating emerging technologies and standards to meet customer needs and goals. Prior to this Mark was a manager of Verizon's Security Service Advisors providing client services for both MSS and IAM customers. He has a BBA in Marketing from James Madison University, and an MBA from Colorado State University. He holds many key certifications in project management, help desk management, network administration, ITIL, and IT security.
