Marina’s twenty-year IT track record spans Financial, Defense and Entertainment industries. In the last ten years, she progressed from a Program & Portfolio manager for Raytheon to the Director of Enterprise PMO at Warner Bros. to currently being a PMO Director for Platform, Data and Security at Entertainment Partners. Marina specializes in Organizational Excellence and building innovative processes that promote cross-functional collaboration, quality and accountability. She has become an expert in breaking communication and collaboration barriers that stifle successful delivery of large enterprise programs. Marina’s innovative Release Process utilizing JIRA and Cycle-Control was a hit at the 2017 Atlassian Conference and has become a standard for all teams at Entertainment Partners.
