Marie ‘Fraudgilante’ Issa is Director of Business Effectiveness for Fraud and Client Account Management at CIBC. She has a diverse background spanning 20 years in financial services across roles in Process Engineering, Internal Audit, Analytics, Client Experience, and most recently Fraud Management. She is dedicated to exceptional client experiences, and when it comes to fraud, believes that education is the first pillar against stopping fraudsters. In her role, she takes a creative and modern approach to developing fraud awareness campaigns and delivers speaking engagements on the fraud landscape and impacts of fraud. She is passionate about talking fraud to anyone who will listen.
