Marco Túlio Moraes

Marco Túlio Moraes is a cybersecurity executive with over 23 years in technology and more than 13 years leading strategic security programs in critical sectors such as energy, infrastructure, and financial services, including Fortune 500 companies. He currently serves as Head of Information Security at Cosan Holding, one of Brazil’s largest conglomerates, with operations in energy, gas distribution, logistics, and infrastructure. He oversees cybersecurity and privacy strategies for a diverse portfolio that includes critical infrastructure such as transportation, gas, and energy. Recognized as one of IDG’s Top 50 Global CSOs, he has spoken at ISC2 conferences and authored content for the World Economic Forum (WEF), ISC2, and RSAC.
