Marc Bown
Senior Director, Security, Fitbit
Marc Bown is the Senior Director of Security at Fitbit, whose mission is to empower and inspire people to live healthier, more active lives. He brings extensive experience in information security to his role at Fitbit. Bown joined Fitbit in May 2015 from Sportsbet where he served as the Head of Information Security in Australia. Bown spent the majority of his career running Trustwave SpiderLabs for the APAC region, managing all application security and incident response projects for SpiderLabs in that region. He earned a bachelor’s degree from University of New South Wales in information systems.
