MacDonnell Ulsch is CEO and Chief Analyst of ZeroPoint Risk Research LLC. Ulsch’s practice is focused on corporate cyber breach investigations involving intellectual property, trade secrets and regulated information. His cases have included web site and corporate brand hijackings, data compromise, blackmail and extortion. He also advises several federal agencies on cyber threats and served on the U.S. Secrecy Commission. He held executive security positions with PwC, Dun& Bradstreet/Dataquest, Gartner and Manpower. He is the author of “THREAT! Managing Risk in a Hostile World,” published by The Institute of Internal Auditors Research Foundation, and is currently writing “CYBER THREAT! How to Control the Growing Risk of Cyber Attacks,” to be published in 2014 by John Wiley & Sons Inc.
