Linda Hsiao is a Managing Director at Ankura and one of the leaders in Ankura’s nationwide Competition and Class Action practice. She has more than 20 years of experience in business and litigation consulting and specializes in complex data analytics. Linda is an expert in economic and financial modeling, data intensive analyses, database design and development, and structured data collection. Her practice focuses on complex litigation matters, including cybersecurity, privacy, and consumer class actions where she has extensive experience analyzing class certification and damages issues. She also consults on breach of contract disputes, financial and accounting investigations, False Claims Act litigation, fraud investigations, and royalty disputes in a variety of industries.
