Leone Atchison

Leone Atchison is the founder of Lalaith Astor Technical Consulting House, LLC (LATCH), an IT services contractor that provides long-term ICAM, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions for the US federal government. With 20+ years enterprise IT experience, Leone’s current role as President is to guide the team in supporting its government customers as they undertake significant modernization efforts and integrate new and cutting edge technologies. At USPTO, Leone is responsible for architecture and program management of her team which provides support to multiple ICAM initiatives, including the transition to Venafi for machine identity protection and certificate lifecycle management, the integration of ICAM across the enterprise, and the engineering to support ICAM governance.
