Leah Walker

Leah Walker serves as the Lab Director for the Berkeley Risk and Security Lab, an academic research institute at the University of California, Berkeley. Leah oversees the Lab’s interdisciplinary research portfolio, student engagement programs, and international and national policy engagement. Leah’s research focuses generally on the intersection of security and technology, with areas of focus including cybersecurity, AI-military integration, AI governance, economic competition, and nuclear security.
