Lawrence Cruciana is the founder and President of Corporate Information Technologies, CIT. He studied Electrical Engineering and Physics at the University of North Carolina, Charlotte where he learned the value of quantifying technical systems. In his current role, he serves as the Cyber Security lead for CIT’s fintec and regulated enterprise practice. Focusing on smaller financial, investment banking, and insurance organizations, this practice applies a holistic and quantifiable approach to minimizing cyber-risk using standardized risk frameworks. Lawrence’s current areas of interest, research, and education involve improving the information security (InfoSec) posture and self-detection of potential security breaches within smaller fintech/financial organizations.
