Lauren Topelsohn

Lauren X. Topelsohn is a Partner in the New York and New Jersey offices of Mandelbaum Barrett P.C. She is a seasoned litigator and legal advisor whose diverse experience combines law and technology issues. She has litigated actions involving computer fraud and trespass, domain name hijacking, cybersquatting, intellectual property disputes, de-platforming and free speech. She regularly advises clients regarding privacy and cybersecurity issues, data security best practices, employment policies, information governance and incident responses. Prior to joining Mandelbaum, Lauren was an in-house General Counsel and Operations Officer, and is a graduate of Barnard College, Columbia University and Northwestern University School of Law.
