Lauren Knausenberger

Lauren Knausenberger is the EVP and Chief Innovation Officer at SAIC, a Fortune 500® technology integrator with $6.9 billion in revenues and 24,000 employees. She leads innovation strategy and ensures SAIC's solutions are mission-relevant and customer-aligned, spanning engineering, digital, AI, and mission solutions in defense, space, civilian, and intelligence markets. Before SAIC, Lauren was the CIO of the US Department of the Air Force, overseeing IT, data, AI, and cybersecurity. Her career also includes roles at American Management Systems, CACI, and work as an entrepreneur and investor in national security. Lauren holds a BS from the University of Maryland and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
