Larry Lipsey

Larry Lipsey is a Senior in the Advisory Risk practice of Ernst & Young LLP. His experience includes 12 years conducting, managing and developing intelligence operations and programs for the US Army and EY clients globally. His expertise is primarily focused in the cyber threats and business intelligence realms. He further specializes in developing strategies around threat intelligence integration, enhancement, and implementation across both cyber security and business operations. In addition, he has architected security operations center (SOC) process designs for leading businesses in the technology and diversified industrial products sectors, with focus on operational technology, monitoring and response. Larry continuously works to realize the necessity of 360-degree threat intelligence operations to defend not only enterprise network, but the entire business.
