Larry Clinton is President of the Internet Security Alliance (ISA). The National Association of Corporate Directors has twice named him one of the 100 most influential individuals in corporate governance. ISA, in partnership with NACD and DHS, developed the Cyber-Risk Oversight Handbook. ISA has also developed editions for Germany (with BSI), Europe, Latin America, Japan and India. He is also the author of the Cybersecurity Social Contract, whose recommendations were endorsed by the House GOP Task Force on Cybersecurity and President Obama’s Executive Order 13636. He teaches a graduate course on cyber-risk at the Wharton School and does cyber-risk training for the Federal Reserve Bank. He has testified numerous times before Congress and has been featured in virtually every major media outlet.
