Ksenia Peguero

Ksenia Peguero is a Senior Manager at Synopsys, where she leads a team of engineers and researchers developing a fast static analysis engine. Dr. Peguero has over ten years of hands-on experience in securing software and systems and developing static analysis tools. Ksenia’s research expertise ranges from security of the web stack to mobile applications, cloud environments, and infrastructure as code. Before diving into research and engineering, she had a consulting career in a variety of application security practices including penetration testing, code review and threat modeling. Throughout her journey, Ksenia has established and evolved secure coding guidance and practices for many firms, developed and delivered security trainings, and presented at conferences around the world.
