Kristy J. Greenberg is an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, where she handles cybercrime cases of national significance. Her notable cybercrime prosecutions include charging three Chinese nationals with insider trading based on information hacked from prominent U.S. law firms; prosecuting a Bahamian national for hacking the emails of celebrities to steal their personal information and copyrighted movie and television scripts; and prosecuting an individual for attempting to hack the Clinton Foundation and damaging its network. Kristy has conducted cybercrime trainings for prosecutors, regulators, law enforcement agents, law firms, and law students. In 2018, Kristy received the Top Prosecutor Award from the Women in Federal Law Enforcement Foundation.
