Kristina Laidler

Kristina Laidler is Senior Director of Security Operations Center and Incident Response teams responsible for defending the Microsoft enterprise and the development of the company’s Cyber Defense Operations Center (CDOC). She leads the strategy to bring together security response experts from across the company to help protect, detect and respond to threats in real time. Staffed with dedicated teams 24x7, the Center has direct access to thousands of security professionals, data scientists and product engineers throughout Microsoft to ensure rapid response and resolution to security threats. Prior to Microsoft Strand was a Sr. Special Agent with an emphasis on criminal cases involving network and computer forensics.
