Ken Sexsmith is the Chief of Staff and Director of Security Education and Awareness, reporting directly to Microsoft's CISO, leading strategy implementation, change management and communications for Microsoft’s Digital Security and Risk Engineering division. He is part of a team that is responsible for securing and protecting Microsoft’s digital business and employees. Sexsmith is also responsible for Microsoft’s security education and awareness training program, working with Microsoft’s senior leadership team to determine scope, content and tactics that are required by Microsoft employees to ensure compliance and awareness of security risks to the company.
