Ken Mendelson

Ken Mendelson is a Senior Managing Director in the Washington DC office of Guidepost Solutions. His primary areas of concentration are compliance, investigations, and transactions coming before the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) and Team Telecom. With more than 30 years of experience in the field, he has operated at the intersection of law, technology, and policy, focusing on cybersecurity, privacy and Artificial Intelligence assessments and governance, incident response, digital forensics, and investigations. Ken is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) and is a member of the District of Columbia Bar.
